Herb Carnegie 

The first Black pioneer of Professional hockey and inducted in the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2022. Herb Carnegie is known as the best Black player not to play in the N.H.L. Carnegie was a fixture at the top of league scoring and won the Quebec Senior Hockey League’s MVP award in three consecutive seasons, 1947, 1948 and 1949.
